Bruce Johnson has assumed a new role: Vice President of Managed Services Business Development. Previously Vice President of Managed Services Delivery, he will continue to be based at the Managed Service and Support Center (MSSC) in Atlanta but will now focus on expanding sales of NACR's managed services.

As Vice President of Managed Services Business Development, Johnson reports directly to Ford and will be a leader in developing new managed services opportunities, as well as identifying needs among key accounts in the NACR installed base. Additionally, he will be the executive in charge of NACR's systems integrator (SI) partnership program.
Johnson has nearly two decades of experience in maintenance and managed services, and has been running managed services operations for the past 16 years. At NACR, and the helm of its Network Operations Centers (NOCs) for the past 7 years, he has helped to shape the strategic direction of the company's maintenance, managed, and hosted services. Under Johnson's leadership, NACR's annual maintenance business has had significant growth. He was also instrumental in the development and launch of NACR Ovation Managed Services in 2012. In addition, Johnson has worked to grow the services portfolio through employee development and the addition of multivendor capabilities including Microsoft, Siemens, and Cisco.
